Weapons Horizontal flywheel

Robot statistics correct as of its most recent appearance on the show

Bribery was a green rectangular robot with a large and destructive horizontal flywheel. The robot failed to qualify for Series 1 of Banter Wars but was given a chance to fight in the Scrap Iron championship in Series 1.5 for a chance to qualify for Series 2 as a substitute, where it won the melee. However not enough robots dropped out to allow Bribery to compete.

Robot History Edit

It was in a four way melee against The Host, CENSORED and Neddard the Nissan. It looked bad for Bribery as it was slammed into the fence by CENSORED and was almost immobilised as it had no srimech and was almost turned over onto its back. CENSORED rocketed backwards which allowed Bribery to get its flywheel up to speed and start slashing CENSORED, heavily damaging it. This time, Bribery then forced CENSORED to the wall when the already severely damaged Neddard the Nissan came slamming in, only to get immobilised by Bribery's flywheel. The Host flipped CENSORED onto its side with its lifting spikes. CENSORED recovered but was then immobilised by Bribery. The Host then showed might against Bribery at first, even stopping the flywheel at one point with its axes. But then the flywheel of Bribery sped up to full speed. Bribery then severed a lifting spike off The Host and then took off two of its axes. It then tried taking out a wheel from The Host but time ran out. The judges decided unanimously that Bribery won for immobilising CENSORED and Neddard the Nissan and heavily damaging The Host, despite The Host's aggression. This meant Bribery got to qualify as a substitute in Series 2, but however Bribery was not selected to compete in Series 2 due to too little drop-outs.
